Artist...in every way. Thought this drawing was exceptionally cute of the girl and dog!

April 10, 2011

Yes...I flunked my 365 project, but I still plan to post pics when I can. Something is better than nothing, I say! So here is Jace riding bike in his Spider Man costume and Thomas rain boots. So happy Spring is finally here, but not so happy when we have to come in from outside!

Day 47

It's official...YES Bella lost her first tooth! We've been waiting forEVA. She's 6 1/2 yrs and her new tooth had already started growing in behind the one that just came out. She even has another loose tooth, so more than likely she'll have a mouth full of empty spots very soon!

Day 46

Jace lovin his trucks, trains and cars!

day 45

Our goal is to get to the gym everyday...doesn't always happen, but we do our best! Jace always says, "wanna go play?" and that means it's time to hit the gym!

Day 44

The warmer temps allowed us to chip and shovel all of the layers of ice on our driveway...and our little guy was right there helping out!

Day 43

Trying to capture a Valentines shot of the kids...but of course Jace wanted nothing to do with it and took off running :-)

Day 42

The girls love making yummy pizza with dad.

Day 41

Opening an early Valentines gift from Lala and Papa in Texas! So many fun things inside!

Day 40

Goofin around in his room...I hung this mirror down low so that he'd be able to check himself out! He can make some silly faces for sure :-)

Day 39

Having two older sisters is so much fun...he gets into all of their stuff! They don't like it. I don't like it. But boy does he LOVE IT!

Day 38

Gum crazy...the girls love to go over to Nona and Papu's house, cause they know where the "stash" is! They love the variety of gum flavors to choose from.

Major Catch-Up...

Day 37...I ran away to my parents house to scrapbook for the whole day...had the place to myself and scrapped my little heart out!

Day 36...Bella had another gymnastics meet. She did great and I love learning how to battle the indoor (awful) lighting!
Day 35...here's a shot of Lauren relaxing after school. Notice what she's doing tho...biting her cheek! It's either her nails or her cheek...a bad habit we need to work on!

Day 34...Jace in his cute little hat! We've been playing outside a lot (especially since it was in the 30's for a few days). Like any kid, he LOVES being out in the snow and HATES to have to come inside!

Day 33

Today (Feb. 3rd) was the 100th day of school...so last night the girls were busy counting out 100 units of noodles and chocolate chips.

Day 31 & 32

Bella loves to hang out and play with an old cell phone...she pretends to text and call her friends! I'm just waiting for the day that she asks for a real one!

Jace is a music man already...he will get up and play the piano many times a day! And when I'm not looking, he likes to get up and play with his feet!!!

Day 28, 29, 30

Sunday morning I dusted off the mandolin and began to slice up potatoes and then the REAL CHEF stepped in and helped me out with the rest of brunch. Soooo good!

Not sure if you can tell, but this is Jace trying to skateboard...on his itty bitty toy skateboard! Hilarious!

This day I wanted to take a couple of pictures with my little man...he was being silly the whole time, but I still love how they turned out!

Day 27

Photobucket

With the temperatures being in the high 30's the last few days, we have taken advantage of being outside! Not only did I get out today to vacuum the car and chisel the ice in our driveway, the kids made a whole family of snowmen after school!

Day 26

Photobucket

We love to play the Wii Just Dance (1&2) and the girls always surprise me with their awesome dance moves...oh you should see Jace let loose too!

Day 25

Photobucket

Bella drew quite the picture after school today...and boy was she proud! She typically takes a backseat to Lauren and her artistic skills, but today she showed us she's got it in her! BEAUTIFUL, just beautiful!

Day 24

Photobucket

This would be the girls' FAVORITE after school snack EVA! They love my homemade parfaits and they are soooooo simple! Yogurt, any kind of cereal (I mix ours up using Oatmeal and anything from Cheerios to Captain Crunch) and any fruit you have on hand. Layer away and you're done!
